I am a primary school teacher from Galway, Ireland. By day, I have the fun task of educating the next generation of kids… by night… I’m an artist! Having a particular interest in animation and cartooning, I decided to combine the two things I’m most passionate about – teaching and drawing – and these are the results!

I draw on moments from the school nativity play, lunchtime struggles and general life working as a teacher. You can see more of my comics in my first Bored Panda post.

I was at the police station doing a training once, I looked at the calendar for one of the policemen there, it said “afternoon late” I laughed too hard

My elementary school installed some when I was in May of 5th grade. My current school has chromebooks that are handed out to all students instead.

Because, believe it or not, kids feel the effect. (Adults do too, but are much better at compensating...) If you have a couple of kids at home, it probably doesn't show too much. With 30 in one room - it's like a chain reaction: moon to kid, kid to next kid, all kids to all kids, all kids (squared) to teacher... I'm willing to bet that the post-school alcohol consumption amongst teachers is at least 50% above average on full moon days. :)

Teacher here, Because students turn into little crazy, tattling, disagreeable, whiny, bickering monsters during a full moon and teachers get a massive headache and contemplate their career choice.

makes sense that it effects us, it alters the earths tides and weather and the earth is 71% water, kids are about 75% water so it's bound to do something to them
