ESPN Put A Nude Guy On Its Magazine’s Cover And Some Men Can’t Handle It
Football star Zeke Elliott just posed nude for the cover of ESPN Magazine’s annual “Body Issue”, and men are not happy about it.
This year’s issue features some of America’s best athletes, including tennis star Caroline Wozniacki, freestyle skier Gus Kenworthy and Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel ‘Zeke’ Elliott. But some of the men are furious about the fact that Elliott posed nude for the magazine and jumped to some insane conclusions, like calling him “homosexual”. Though they weren’t all negative, many people commented some positive things as well. What do you think about Zeke’s photo? Let us know in the comment section below!

Share on FacebookDouble standarts at its finest. A naked man on a cover will most likely not make the Earth spontaneously combust. And the people who say "This is gay" miiiiight be a little insecure about their OWN sexual preference ;)
How can anyone be offended or threatened by this?! Welcome to the world women live in every day! And he's not even revealing anything!
Guess the problem that the magazin supposed target audience are men. Or they just fed up because they got a fully nude male on the cover before a fully nude female.
Load More Replies...This is great! Exposing double standards. If it was a woman, people would call it 'beautiful' and 'natural' and defend her right to dress as she wanted. Why does the same not apply to men? Don't like it? Don't look.
*Insecure* men were offended. I didn't feel "gay" looking at this, didn't think he might be "gay" (who cares if he is?!). I noticed a guy who takes care of his body and is comfortable in his skin. Isn't that the goal for many of the readers?
Gay men who like him care if he is; even men have fantasy lovers somerimes!
Load More Replies...I think there should be more nude/semi-nude males on the front covers of mainstream magazines, and not just on ones like Mens' Health. I don't mean in a 'ooh lets perv at the men on the covers' way but more to appreciate the male form and normalise seeing it. That sounds odd I know, I'm not good at expressing myself, but from an illustrators point of view, I found it very frustrating that life classes I used to go to were all with female models. I never got a male life drawing model, and if you don't have a spare male handy to model for you it's very hard to draw the male form. Muscles and fat distribution is different as is the way the body moves and how it's structured. It's not like I can look in the mirror and apply my own body features to a male form. So yeah I think there should be more covers like this :)
That's what I thought. "Thick" doesn't have to mean fat. Dude's got great thighs!
Load More Replies...Men: OHH A GIRL! Ahh she don't got the curves she's gross :/ Men: EWWW A BOY HE IS SOOO GAY FOR WEARING THAT EWWW #DOUBLESTANDARDS
I think it was the tennis player Caroline Wozniacki, can't rememebr if she was on the cover or just in the issue though.
Load More Replies...Waiting for the same, condemnatory comments which are poping up whenever a nude woman on a magazin cover.
americans are sooooo afraid to be called homofobic ABD ALSO being called gay when they are not. strange folk
Who's scared by a naked man? Not a normal real man. So, there are problems in someone eyes and brain and not on the cover
The thing I find most alarming is that hairline! Surely it's not natural to have such a perfectly straight hairline like that!
Oh my foot ball! Zeke can rush at me,make a pass, and tackle me to the ground!b.c. I'd like to touchdown on him any given gameday!we can do an end zone dance right at the goalpost,if y'all know just quite what this panda means!! 🐼🐾💯😍
Any man who is offended by this picture must be suppressing some gay feeling inside. There is nothing sexual about the picture. These must be the same men who have to leave their underwear on when they shower at the gym. If a good looking guy with no clothes on is threatening to you, I suggest you get therapy fast.
I know right? Don't guys change in the locker room all the time?
Load More Replies...ESPN's problem is that they have allowed Progressive politics to take center stage. As a result, they have been losing viewers, and revenue, over this. Now they need to gain attention by doing things a normal sports organization would not tolerate. This is called "desperation".
I hate it when my pics leak out! I believe it's an older one cause my beards longer now.
So nobody cares that when sports in ancient greece were played in the nude.Nowadays nudity always leeads to discutions about sexual orientation. Its ok for a girl to be naked but such an outrageous thing for a dude to do the same. Well for most guys out there that fear seing another man's naked body, fear not. Homosexuality is not contagious:)
Double standards. They thought the "Body issue" was only going to have women on cover? equality is the magic word. He is an athlete and as all the other athletes in the body issue, his body is his work.
Awww. All the poor little men having to look at a naked man. Now they think they have all caught the gay. Poor guys. Bwah ha ha
I give this brave man a thumbs up for being comfortable taking this kind of picture and allows ESPN for using it on the cover for a magazine. A picture does not necessarily express anything (i.e. "gay-ideas"), it is the people who may have thought that way may be it.
I think they are nervous because they like him nude. And that put "in danger" their "manhood".
Naked people shouldn't be on magazine covers. Do whatever you want inside, but clothe the coverpeople.
In such an enlightened age people continue to be oblivious to the fact that their reactions are about themselves and not about that to which they are reacting
Had this been a naked woman, there would have been no complaints made by men...
Duh. Dudes picking up their sports mag don't want to see a naked dude. Naked chics?...yes please.
Load More Replies...Well now I may have just gotten interested in sports...and it only took a naked man to do it. Who knew!
haha awesome how easily American men can get homophobic . im sure some atlethes in all sports are gay. these guys are such sad people. im not gay il say the guy on the cover aint hot to me the thigh and but looks weird but awesome cover. if you feel offended or feel weird by it maybe you should check yourself.
Regardless of his sexual preferences, Elliott resembles a magnificent god! I am thankful that he's clothed in nothing but his beautiful skin.
So let me get this straight.... If he's nude on the cover he's gay, but not if he's in the inside? Every single body issue has had nude men in the picture profiles before, where were all these idiots then? Wouldn't that have made all of those male athletes just as gay? They need to get over themselves.
A beautiful capture of a beautiful man. It doesn't make me feel gay or think he is. Some that were aroused and ashamed complained because they are so deep in the closet they can't handle it. Tonight bough, in the privacy of their bathroom or bedroom, either dry or with lub, they will be masturbating, thinking of him entering their bodies.
Honestly I'm really sick of this - No straight male feels compelled to want to see another naked man - maybe only in the context of porn and in such a case they watch the woman. Calling him gay for posing is infantile but the fact is straight men don't want to see naked men on a cover - so yes, many would feel offended and it's not because they're 'attracted' or in the closet or any other of the bs arguments...a straight male just doesn't like other naked men - simple...so guess what if it's a woman - shocker they won't have a problem with it - see how that works? Anyway overall there are all types of people even straight guys who don't care either way...my point is...many guys don't like it...and it's not homophobia or anything - they just don't like it - plain and simple...
