Buried In Snow, This Man Films A Mountain Rescue Dog Saving Him And It’s Lovely

“If there are no dogs in Heaven, then when I die I want to go where they went” – is how the famed American actor Will Rogers once described his connection to these tender, selfless animals. And it’s not difficult to relate to that. Yet dogs are not only your best companions and loyal friends, but also, they’re the most vigilant protectors that will do all they can to keep you safe and sound, not worrying about going to Heaven.”Mountain Rescue Search Dogs England”, a charity dedicated to training rescue dogs to assist those in need in the wild, has recently uploaded a video in which this truth is once again reaffirmed. And indeed, not only is it life-saving but heart-warming as well. Scroll down to see the whole story.

Getting lost in remote wilderness might be dangerous and frightening, but there’s a volunteer-based organization to help those in need

Among other skills, the rescue dogs are regularly trained to search for people buried in the snow

During such a training drill, a volunteer, armed with a camera, buried himself in snow

It didn’t take long until the snoot of hope burst through the snow barriers

Doing her best, the devoted rescue dog demolished the wall of snow with her body

To make it sure that when a real situation arises

She will be able to provide help as soon as possible

The name of this rescue dog is Flo. She is a 4-year-old rescue dog who also specializes in melting people’s hearts

"the snoot of hope". Lol. Love it. Also, everyone is going off about how great dogs are, but what about the volunteers and staff who train these dogs and came up with the idea in the first place? Save some love for them as well!

Just another reason dogs are the greatest thing ever, as if getting found and rescued is not good enough you get rescued by such a good girl.

Just made me hug my puppers even tighter. Correct, we humans don't deserve dogs.

Dogs and other animals are so good to humans.....and so often, humans treat them so poorly. I hope there is universal justice for this somewhere.

That's one cold snout I'd be happy to see. I hope I never get buried in an avalanche but if I do, please send dogs.

Once the dog has found the person by smell, why expect her to dig him out with her paws too?

My dogs used to dig me out from under the duvet - I was not always pleased to see them.

Dogs are amazing! Most times they deserve more credit than we give them.

"What do you think ?" What do I think? I think that it was not necessary to put a space character before the question mark. "Check out the entire video here" WHERE? Also, I would like to know where is the video or, at least, a link to the video. Why did you post a screenshot? O_o

The video is at the end of the main article, right above the “ people had their say” part...at least if one is viewing the article on a mobile device.
