Mom Adds FAQ Signs To Her Twins After Getting Fed Up With Strangers’ Questions
Annie Nolan, a 26-year-old mom in Melbourne, loves to talk about her two-year-old twin daughters Delphine and Cheska, but after fielding too many repetitive questions, she created a pair of funny FAQ signs for the two girls that have since gone viral.
“As a twin mum, you get asked a series of questions/hear a series of statements EVERYTIME you go out,” she writes on her Instagram. “I know most people are coming from a great place and are just curious however many can be quite intrusive and after a while it’s just plain exhausting. And since I was heading into the city, I knew the questions would be coming thick and fast…”

Share on FacebookMy daughter used to get asked if her twins were conceived by IVF. How rude of people to ask such personal questions.
I don't think that's rude at all. It's a simple question. If they're saying it rudely, that's different. But many twins and triplets ARE conceived via IVF. And many are concieved naturally. It's not rude, it's simple curiousity. Maybe that person is looking into IVF for themselves. Maybe they are worried about having twins because it runs in their own family. Maybe they are jerks who are just being jerks .... to each their own. There are certainly worse things you can ask, or insinuate.
Load More Replies...At what age do children/young adults tell their age in full years? By that I mean it goes something like this - 6 weeks..12 weeks...6 months..12 months...18 months...2 ...2 1/2...nearly 5 etc
Load More Replies...I have twin girls and I know how she feels. They are not identical, no help was used to make them, they do however run in my husband family, had them natural. My biggest thing was awww are they girls, boys? I would have them in dress with cute bows. I wanted to many times say nope they are boys they just look cuter as a girl. Lol
I know how it is... I have a twin sister, not identical and ppl still ask stupid questions when i say i have non-identical twin, for example: "How can you be twins if you don't look alike?!". And when they ask my mother she just replies: "Google it!" or "Is that supposed to be a smart question?" :D BTW cute twins
Apparently you didn't read the “It’s a joke people!… My twins are MY FAVOURITE TOPIC to talk about!” part.

I had boy/girl twins. You would be surprised at how many people would ask if they were identical. Not so much as they had different plumbing~! :P
I like it. Who wouldn't except for the most curmudgeonly, flint-hearted person
Awwww - that whole family is very cute :d My fav of these photos is dad as jungle gym for the kiddies :D
I'ma twin too, and me and my sister keep on getting asked questions like those, mainly "What's it like being a twin?" too which we respond "What's it like NOT being a twin" Ofcourse some people treat it like we're SO AMAZING and MAGICAL. It's quite funny actually. What I hate though, is when people say that they would LOVE to have a twin. They think it's gonna be a BFF relationship forever. Well sorry, but statistics show that twins, triplets, quadruplets etc, fight the most. huh.
get flustered and bitter with repetitive questions. yeah, she's gonna make a great mother.
