Puppies Thrown From Car Window Get Adopted By A Dog Mamma Who Just Lost Her Own Children
When Blossom the shelter dog lost two of her three newborn puppies in mid-June, she was completely heartbroken. Maggie Escriva, Blossom’s foster mum told The Dodo that the doggie became ‘frantic’ and was inconsolable. Then, almost by a miracle, 6 puppies in need of a mother came into her life…
Escriva, who is the intake coordinator for Westie & Scottie Rescue Houston, heard about a litter of eight pups who were thrown out of a window of a driving truck. Two of them died, and those who survived were very vulnerable.
Escriva wasn’t sure if Blossom would accept them. Still, the woman decided to give it a try – and it worked!
“Blossom looked at the puppies,” Escriva says. “Then climbed into the bed and started cleaning and feeding them.”
The puppies were all given flower names to make up for Blossom’s ‘garden’… And the doggie family is blooming!
“I find it very inspiring to see a beautiful creature like Blossom suffer such a heartbreaking loss and turn her full attention to caring for needy puppies, saving their lives,” Escriva says. “Blossom is teaching us that the best way to heal is to help others.”
The puppies and the mother dog will be up for adoption.

What happened to the origional mother of these puppies . Surely if they know that they were thrown from the truck there should be CCTV somewhere on the road that can identify the scumbag driver. Lets throw them from a moving truck & see how they like it.
