I am an artist in Southern California who specializes in creating mosaics and I love what I get to do.
I like exploring different ideas and working on different substrates so I am always trying different things to express myself through this ancient art form. Here are just some of my favorite pieces to date.

I LOVE the sea life worked into this design... very subtle, but added to the stylized wave, it's incredible! I love turtles and tortoises, so any design featuring them is a huge hit with me.
Inspiration was view from an airplane of Ireland.
Steamed glass on an upcycled surfboard.
I've never heard of steamed glass. These are just art pieces, right? I can't imagine risking this in the surf!
it's beautiful and i dont mean to be rude but when i saw this one i just thought " n e c k "
Stained glass on stone that is a perfect garden accent.
Mirror and stained glass on this upcycled surfboard.
Stained glass on glass portrait of my daughter.
The colors are great. Where do you get your glass from? An do you ever use plastic to make a the artwork lighter? I make coffee tables, keepsake boxes, and end tables with inlays, but I'd love to try something like this, and epoxy the work to seal it; an keep everything smooth. P.S. love the artwork, and style. 😎👍
This is so incredible. I hobby in stained glass, but no nothing about mosiacs. I am thinking the cut/fit concept is the same, but so you have to grind the glass also?
I have a huge box of porcelain shards I have been saving to do some sort of mosaic... and though I will never be this good, it might be fun to go ahead and use them... I've got nothing to lose but some time. This was a fun gallery. Nice work!
