Guy Asks People To Share Unbelievable Things That Happened In Public And His Own Story Tops Everything
Time for some Monkey News folks! This true story is an oldie but a goldie, originally shared by Reddit user clanspanker around 5 years ago. He wanted to know “What is the most outlandish (hilarious, surprising) yet real story you have ever seen go down in public?” So he shared his own anecdote to get the ball rolling.
While his post prompted some awesome responses, none were able to top this truck driver’s own tale of simian savagery in the face of canine cajoling, hell hath no fury as an evil monkey provoked! The scene unfurled in front of clanspanker’s eyes at a truck stop and quickly became what appeared to be an uneven duel between an angry dog and a small Rhesus monkey. The Rottweiler egged on by its douchebag owner started the fight, but it was to be the monkey that ended it…

Here’s what people had to say
Do you know how quickly I would unleash an attack monkey on people? Rude at the drive-thru? Monkey attack! Cut in front of me in line? Monkey attack! You wanna speak to my manager? Monkey attack!
Brilliant story, but too bad for the dog having such an irresponsible, careless owner. The monkey reminds me of Pepe: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p2P1D5fY_LQ
The owner being irresponsible was my first thought too :/
Load More Replies...It would have been more funny if the monkey attacked the Douche owner.
This is actually really sad, I mean it was an interesting story, but if the owner of the dog wasn't such a douche, the dog would never had gotten hurt.
It is in the ‘80s. I guess regulations regarding pet ownership is not that strict then.Remember celebrities owning leopard, tigers and what have you’s back then? It was crazy.
Load More Replies...This is whole story is thoroughly upsetting. Monkeys should NOT be kept as pets and someone like that should NEVER be allowed to own a dog. I sincerely hope both animals got rehoused, the dog with a loving but disiplined owner, and the monkey in a sanctuary. This is not acceptable.
Don't know whether it's good to say this but the owner should have been beaten instead of the dog and,...... it should be narrated by Samuel Jackson! Yeaaaaaah!!!
I wonder if this story was the inspiration for those Trunk Monkey commercials?
too funny! let's repeat all of this with vidcams & cellphones recording!
