Mom Turns Crying Kid’s Cut Into Harry Potter Lighting Bolt, Makes Him Happy Again
Kids are pretty robust. If I jumped off a pile of laundry and landed on my head, chances are i’d end up in hospital. But when 4-year-old Ayden Benesh from Vallejo, California did it, he only ended up with a cut. But it was still enough to make the little daredevil self-conscious, so much so that he wouldn’t even leave the house the next day. So his mom Brittaney came up with an awesome idea. She decided to turn him into Harry Potter.
“He was so embarrassed about his scratch,” wrote Brittaney on Imgur. “Dressing him up as Harry Potter was my first instinct. He loves to dress up and already had the round glasses for the days he wants to dress up as Spengler from Ghostbusters.”
She turned the cut into a lightning bolt by drawing on his forehead with a red marker pen, and as you can see, Ayden looks happy with the result! If this kid isn’t a true Potterhead then we don’t know what is.

Oh, they do. I work with kids, I know. They're already self-conscious, and they're proud too.
