2 rock candy swizzle sticks.

As far as I know real Mexican Horchata is not alcoholic, but this is no doubt yummy.

2 cups pineapple juice
1/2 cup apricot juice
1 cup ginger beer
1 cup soda water
1/4 cup lime juice
To serve: 2 limes, thinly sliced.
