I Made Drawings Out Of Instant Coffee About My Memories From My Deployment (13 Pics)
22Kviews
I spent 8 busy months deployed to East Africa as a combat cameraman with the U.S. military. In the little bit of downtime I got, I used instant coffee in my Meals Ready to Eat (MRE) to draw memories from my time overseas.
I filmed a short video to share my creative process, using all the utensils found in an MRE to make art.

it's Always annoye me when we heard people say that military people are just dumb people who could'nt get to school. it's great to see that you have talent to shut their mouth! Never criticise people who do a job you couldn't or wouldn't do! Respect!
Thanks Kjorn, the military is full of talent, diversity and brilliance, unfortunately the negative is often highlighted.

Thank you. I just create different thickness of coffee, mixing it on the spoon.

I hope he makes copies using acid free paper and inks. Who knows how quickly coffee will deteriorate, and these are too meaningful to lose.
These aren't watercolors, they're coffeecolors.
