This whole picture makes no sense. The obvious is the iron but she's not wearing at least an ESD strap and maybe an ESD smock. If you're going to go through the effort, might as well take a realistic photo.
the jacket could be an ESD Jacket and ESD shoe straps I worked as Quality for a company that did a lot of medical equipment circuit boards and car led lights and that picture is what we wore

Also she is wearing a ring!!! Anyone in a safety first type environment knows that is a MASSIVE no no! You only have to see a picture once of what can happen if you have an accident with a ring on your finger getting pulled off to have that image burned in your memory forever! She is wearing her eye pro though. . .
Though consider that there don't appear to be any pinch-points or rotating equipment in this lab. Wearing a ring in a chemistry lab isn't a good idea, but her finger will hardly be ripped off here.

A few of these I can see being annoying, but at the same time I understand a few of them, and why they MAY have happened. The Coca Cola, I've had to be the one who caused that. Diabetes. Low blood sugar. Needed something fast. as for the ear buds. Those damned squishy pieces are always falling off and getting lost. Have to either A: Replace it with a different size / color or B: Give in and spend more $$$ on a new pair.
