As someone who is chronically single, I actually did need to learn it was ok to be alone. It was ok to be a party of one. I'm a huge romantic so that was hard for me. What made it harder was people constantly telling me (happily married or dating people) that someday I'd find someone. But maybe I won't. I have to be ok with that. Or else I'd turn into a heaping pile of tears. (My dog helps too)
