This Online Page Creates Satirical Memes Replacing The Word ‘Woman’ With ‘Man’ To Show How Absurd Sexism Is
Interview With AuthorWelcome to the “Man Who Has It All,” a space that offers a safe place for men whose eyelashes are ruining their career, men who struggle to lose the baby weight, men who share tips on upping their eyebrow game, men who don’t want to appear too pushy so they just don’t apply for the job of their dreams, and men who do it all: juggle housework, life, good looks, PH balance and a job.
And while you question your own PH balance right now (feeling slightly acidic lately?), let me also tell you these are imaginative scenarios in an imaginative world where women rule. Because there’s just that much BS that women just have to suck it up and smile in this sexist society.
No wonder the “Man Who Has It All'' parody project gained a cult following online with almost 558k Facebook followers cringing over hilariously painful and absurdly realistic posts, tweets, memes and jokes. Fiercely ironic and somewhat revolutionary, this is a breath of fresh air in the world that’s soaked in air fresheners.

The Man Who Has It All is an anonymous parody persona, better known as a “working dad” who dishes out nuggets of advice on a daily basis for men like him. Imagine middle-aged men struggling to juggle a successful career, fatherhood, and smooth skin, and you realize you can’t.
That’s the deal—the online page subverts sexist double standards and makes this imaginary dad live in a world ruled by women. This is where real-life advice on how to be a perfect mum is turned upside down and targeted at men, who in real life are left floundering, enjoying their life, career, and whatever as a given.
This... Rosalind Franklin, I'd give you the Nobel, posthumous rule be da*ned.
While these nuggets of advice women are bombarded with daily may not seem like a big deal at first, they do indeed add up in the Man Who Has It All. It’s the sexist assumptions about women that basically say you need your husband’s reassurance to do things you want, you can’t follow your dreams if they get in the way of your family, for you, a family must come first, and then all the other things if you have any time left. All this nonsense has been draining women for years, and it still does.
No wonder the Man Who Has It All became an instant hit on social media. With 558k Facebook followers and 245.1K followers on Twitter, it has gained a loyal fanbase. So in order to find out more about this elusive dad persona and what his life is really like, Bored Panda reached out to the Man Who Has It All as he agreed for an interview in character. “Hi, I'm a busy working dad of three, media personality and he-preneur,” the Man introduced himself.
Because, as we all know, male authors write with their penises so it's only natural we differentiate them from normal, female authors who, in fact, use their hands (/sarcasm, love you Stephen King and Joe Abercrombie)
I'm a nurse and I was called a "male"nurse by a doctor. So I started calling her a lady doctor.
Authors. Doctors. What is the problem???? How about “One legged author”? or “Handicapped doctor”? Or “President of the USA in a wheelchair “????
"Normal", depending on the context, is one of the most offensive words I know
Jay: Again, who uses the word “normal” as a synonym for “male”? Never heard it in my life.
One I will never understand is why the term Woman Police Constable (WPC), and Actress where removed, and replaced with Female Officer, and Female actor. Surely it is the same thing. No real problem with it, just don't really understand it.
They generally aren't, the words 'officer' and 'actor' are sufficient unless the gender of the person is relevant, in which case the word 'male' is just as likely to be used as 'female'.
Load More Replies...Either way that's a sexist joke. I thought you couldn't do that. How many times has hate speech been cried?
It's funny because the OP just swapped the word "female" with the word "male" and now you're all butt hurt.
Load More Replies...Well, as you state correctly, as far as you know. And you know what? You are not very observant. And I get it, you are not a victim here so you do not notice this happening every where during your life. But it does.
Load More Replies...“I got into social media when I realized there was so little out there for frazzled dads trying to juggle the school run, healthy packed lunches, dewy skin and never-ending legs. All types of men: working dads, Stay At Home Dads (SAHDs), doctors' husbands, childfree men and even crazy cat gentlemen benefit from my advice.”
For those who’re wondering what exactly the name “Man Who Has It All” means, the Man said that “it refers to men now being able to have it all—a career AND a baby, plus, if we're lucky, friends, hobbies, a beautiful home, cashmere knits, lazy suppers, a youthful glow and effortless party eats. Aren't we lucky?”
Do these dopes not realize this is all written in jest? Everyone is all butt hurt over some jokes highlighting double standards
Whenever I read 'smile with your eyes' I just imagine someone squinting really hard
With so many following on social media, the Man has clearly built himself a name like no other. And it seems like he’s enjoying the time of his life. “I love it when people engage and share their own tips with me. For example, someone on Twitter said that if dad is feeling overwhelmed in the run up to Christmas, he could ask his dad to help, get up two hours earlier or simply take a few moments to breathe,” he said.
On the other hand, the Man said he doesn’t like the battle between the stay at home dads and working dads. “Men can be so catty,” he added.
I mean, laundry is (generally) my responsibility for our family. Which suits me fine; I'm picky about how it's done. But if I can't for some reason (like when laundry day fell the day after I had a wisdom tooth pulled!), my husband does it. I'm definitely not going to whine about how it's done as long as it gets done.
For those wondering what the Man has been up to lately, the dad has been pretty busy. “I've been getting my fab little t-shirt shop ready for Christmas and working on some new posts for next year. I've also been coming up with new debate topics to engage my fans.”
Looks like Jacob doesn’t understand satire… still no reason to downvote them, they are right…
The Man also assured us that we’d be surprised how political men can be. “For example, should working dads go part-time? How old is too old to wear shorts? Are you layering your products in the right order? And, my most controversial debate, can men be funny?”
Secretly, I'd love to 'name' a few more, but that is enough to make the point. Did you know about marginalia? Drawings in the margins. There are hilarious medieval ones! Enjoy the rest of the posts🙂
(/s)Men are just better at nurturing though. And anyway it's always been a masculine trait, being a good husband and taking care of the home and family. It's part of the bible. It's an easy life, why are they complaining (/S!)

I love all of the above. It just shows how it is normalized to treat woman in a certain way. All the responsibility, all the expectations, but no control and no respect. It is supposed to help understand womans issues better by reversing the roles. Judging by the comments it seems to be impossible to teach empathy. There is just cognitive dissonance.
It's amazing that all of those sentences used towards women are perfectly fine but as soon as a woman is replaced by a man it suddenly becomes 'misandrist' and 'hostile'. Wow. Just wow. It's not suppose to be funny. It suppose to put in a perspective things that women have to deal with every day of their life.
Love how so many people get so offended over a women's satire thread.
Dear men, the fact that you are offended by the examples in this article only proves that speaking about women this way is f*****g offensive, which is exactly the point being made here. No one is suggesting that women should start talking about men like this and, frankly, I've never heard a woman do so. Nor is it feminist to do so. Please learn to find this type of bigotry offensive when it's aimed at people who are different from you, not just when it's aimed at you in sarcasm to make a point. You can help put a stop to this kind of nonsense.
I think this thread was just too much for the insecure Conservative men.
My favourite part is all but butt hurt dudes whinging this isn't funny or fair......walk in a woman's shoes for one week and I guarantee you that you'll finally get why this needs said
They literally cannot keep their mouths shut. Butt hurt is correct. Snowflakes.
Load More Replies...Wow there are a lot of hysterical men here. They should be less sensitive and learn to control their hormones.
I'm not sure this absurdity can really serve the purpose it was supposed to serve. The tactic of fighting fire with fire looks stupid here. I'm sorry.
I think it also misunderstands how much an average man will be offended by this.
Load More Replies...ROTFLMAO, I got downvoted for a comment I deleted b/c Dina Simone said it better so mine was unnecessary. BP, I love ya!
Load More Replies...A lot of this seems to be related to USA mostly. In other parts of the world doctors are referred to as doctors etc.. this stuff happening in America does not surprise me at all. In other parts of the world we don't live like the simpsons
While I appreciate that you understand the male chauvinism still rampant in the USA, I think you need to do a reality check on the rest of the world and its position on women in the workplace, et etc etc. An dit's not *every single person* in any country doing this ----- but when you face it for 25 years, it feels old after, oh, the second third time 25 years ago.
Load More Replies...They are all aimed at women, every single day. That's what makes it funny. How are you so thick?
Load More Replies...Do you wash the dishes or fix the car Jes? Just asking.
Load More Replies...No one has said that though. Just because some men have never thought that way doesn't negate the point the post is trying to make. Too many have done, and still do. When you turn it on its head it sounds ridiculous. Yes. Those who haven't heard it before, just haven't noticed its existence because it is too everyday an occurance.
Load More Replies...Some seem straight out of an influencers pitch, but others are taken so far they’re absurd. I did get weirdly invested in Claire and Liam’s office relationship, it felt like an episode of Mad Men.
Load More Replies...It's not supposed to be 'good', it's irony that reminds us of the fact that these topics are an actuality for women to deal with.
Load More Replies...We're all in for equity, however sometimes it's good to remember where we came from so we can stay far, FAR away from it. This article is trying to sketch a situation on how absurd the comments actually are, but we've been saying it to women for years and years and years.
Load More Replies...hey ryan, long time. how is it with your selfdeprecation and self proclaimed sad life. already working on that first step up?
