Man Who Saved 669 Children During The Holocaust Has No Idea They’re Around Him, Watch His Reaction
In 1939, on the eve of World War II, a young British stockbroker called Nicholas Winton did something truly incredible. He risked his life to successfully save 669 mostly Jewish children from Czechoslovakia during The Jewish Holocaust by ensuring their safe passage to Britain. And then, like a real hero, he never spoke of it again until fifty years later when his wife found a scrapbook in the attic of their home that contained the names, pictures, and documents of the Holocaust victims that he saved.
Sir Nicholas, who was knighted by Queen Elizabeth II in 2003 and who received the Czech Order of the White Lion in 2014, died on July 1, 2015, aged 106. Dubbed the “British Schindler” by the British press, he appeared on a UK television program called That’s Life! in 1988. He was invited as a member of the audience, totally unaware that the people sitting around him were only alive because of his bravery and selflessness. Another person like him is Irena Sendler. She saved around 2,500 Jewish children in the Warsaw ghetto by sneaking them out

Millions of very evil people showing their true faces carried the world into it's deadliest war. Fortunately there were hundreds like Sir Winton who saved thousands of lives. And many millions who hated evil and loved freedom enough to sacrifice their very lives to save the world from an evil people. People who wanted to rule over others through a system of government that was both anti Jew and anti Christian! We face a similar threat this very day!

The agony and the ecstasy of humanity.. our heartfelt love, admiration, respect and awe of those common decent God Fearing men and women, who could alone stand up against the unbridled hatred, barbarism and inhumanity of a modern civilization...will we allow again?? we must be prepared to fight this fight was again, I fear. What will the protesters legacy be and will future generations celebrate them. The stories I have heard from 2 survivors I have known personally make this video even more real. Mr Winton & the few brave others like him should be bestowed the highest honor. My stepfather, Robert Greenbaum, & Gerlinde Markah Power are alive today because of people like this. Thank you, God, for sending these Angels so these children could grow up to live full lives & carry on to tell the true stories so we may learn so many lessons from the past.
