36-year-old streamer Jesse had fewer than 1,000 followers but that changed overnight when the man drifted into an accidental nap. More than 200 people tuned in to watch, donating money and waiting for him to wake up.

“I usually stream games,” Jesse told Bored Panda. “But I like to have a chill streaming from my couch stream once in a while where people can just come by and hang out and just have a conversation.”

“Prior to me falling asleep, the session had been going just like any other,” he added. “A few visits from people and I’m not sure if anyone actually chatted.” But then Jesse drifted away.

Viewers and donations started growing. “It wasn’t too much but to me, it was a lot.”
