Most girls get to meet princesses only in Disneyland, but this little girl, she met one on the streets of Seattle.
“My wife and I got married last February, and during the photo shoot this little girl and her mom happened to be walking by,” Scott Robertson writes. “The little girl thought my beautiful wife was the Princess from her favorite book (the one she’s holding).” Since this all happened during their photo shoot, photographer Stephanie Cristalli managed to snap some photos. The little girl even got a flower from the bride’s, Shandace Lerma’s, bouquet. “Your wife is forever the Princess of Ballard to her,” the little girl’s mom told Scott.

Darling story that you will cherish forever...Congratulations!
Awwwww ♥
The Woman in White, a princess story? Not sure what book that little girl was thinking of, but I doubt someone her age would read a detective Victorian novel, and there is definitely no princess in that book...
She looks like she's about 3 or so, ripe for all kinds of ideas. Mom was probably reading the book, daughter saw the cover, and decided that it was her "Princess Book." My daughter did similar stuff. Precious!
yeah i have that book woman in white ,.. but so what she is a small toddler and if she think she is a princess then let her think away ... people like you take the kill joy in the lil things i mean you one them adult sso tainted by life ... sad for you ...
Gabriella, Hear, hear! The child's perception is the book cover is a princess and she's looking at a princess in real life. Why can't we celebrate that innocence? Better yet, I want to celebrate her 'color-blindness" too. Anyone who is dressed like a princess must be a princess regardless of skin color. I have seen that innocence lost too, too early in children, and it saddens me. This story is magnificent for the simple love and adoration. Rejoice!
Yes, I know but the title is misleading in letting us believe that she has read the book and that it's her favourite. I'm able to be accurate and still appreciate the kindness of the bride and the cuteness of that little girl. It doesn't kill my joy to use my brain!
Maybe her mother makes up a story when the little girl picks this book up about a princess and that could be the reason it is her favorite book about a princess. My mom used to read steamy romance novels when she lived with us and our son was very young he had many books and always wanted us to read to him. Occasionally he would pick up one of her books and that is what I would do is make up stories and he was happy with them. He would not leave you alone until you read that book that he had to him otherwise.
I take it you don't have or spend much time around children....?
I'm a big fan of facts. Most times, facts are very important. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THOSE TIMES.
The kid is 3 If you ever are around a 3 year old... if they say its their princess book.. then that's what it is.
The original article says the girl picked the book off her mother's book shelf, and liked to carry it around, pretending to read it herself. Her version is a princess story, and the woman on the cover a princess. It is her favourite book. Just not in the way you're thinking.
You must be fun at parties.
