I Illustrate My Experience As A Modern-Day Parent In 30 Comics With A Feline Twist (New Pics)
Hi there! I'm Chesca and although I'm not actually a cat, I *am* a mom of 2 young boys. I draw comics inspired by my life. Some are silly animal parenting jokes and others are direct quotes from my family. There certainly is no end of content from my 2 little "muses"! In the arms race of sneakiness that is parenting, the only winners are those that can laugh at the insanity of it all.
This last year has been rough, so I've been using my work to help people smile. I decided there is no pandemic in the "Litterverse" so we can all get a welcome dose of normalcy—well, as normal as you can get in a world of talking animals!

In my house, stickers don't go on clothes. Not ruining an outfit in the wash with a sticker that could have gone on skin.
We have that rule in our house too. We also have a rampant case of temporary sporadic amnesia. “Sorry mom I forgot”.

My 3 year-old daughter somehow managed to find a brand new roll of 100 $.44 Forever stamps. Apparently it costs $44 to mail our house.
After years of torment growing up with an older brother i very rarely came out on top until the day finally arrived & i was able to give my niece a bumper pack of glittery stickers!! Bwahahaha! Lol
Right as soon as he got the stickers...does anyone else notice the poop emoji on the turtles had??
That was me as a kid. My bookshelves still have the old stickers on it and the ones that used to glow in dark, STILL DO!

I like the work of this artist a lot. I think she grasps parenting in a very healthy way. Love your children unconditionally, admit that they still cause you a lot of trouble, and live with all the daily imperfections while still being happy.
...and stop praising then line they're the second coming for every little thing they do. That kind of behavior creates attention seeking brats.

If you are upset that someone has made a mistake, you could say what the mistake is and what would be correct. If you want someone to fix something, it is easier for them if they know what needs fixing, and how to fix it :)
