Lgbtq+ Art That I Have Been Using To Help Me Come Out To My Parents.
Hey pandas, I’ve been making some lgbtq+ digital art in front of my parents in hopes that they get the hint that I am a lesbian and here are some of my current ones that I am pretty proud of. Tell me what you think and I will make more and post more. And yes, I do know that it is only two, I am working on making more.

Unless you fear you are in immediate danger, I recommend you just tell them. Have a meal or a beverage with them and just say, "This is where I am." They might react with confusion, even dismay, but you can help them through that. You've known who you are a lot longer than they have. This "creating art" to drop hints is an evasive strategy that will not serve you well in life. You want people to know the truth. Tell them. Face the truth head-on. Be brave. Note: Don't do this if you feel you might be in danger. If you are in a country that actively persecutes gays, or in a religious community that will harm you, please, please get to a safe place before coming out.
honestly, i don't think you painting a gradient rainbow & two clouds will give your parents the message. while the paintings are beautiful & lovely i think you should just tell them. maybe not now, and you can wait as long as you like, but hints so subtle as this won't go noticed by them. if your parents are accepting & you're in a safe community i recommend coming out. talk it out with some close friends or other trusted adults/school staff first for advice. if you don't have anyone you can talk to look online for people to support you, join LGBTQ chat groups (on safe sites, discord is a good one) and talk about how you feel about coming out to your parents. if they aren't accepting then you shouldn't come out until you're older. but if they are then you should think about it because i'm sure they'll love you no matter what, and other people do too :))
I recommend centering yourself however you is your way so you feel secure in yourself. Prepare for several different reactions from them. Have planned exit strategy in case you need to get space, have support lined up so you can decompress, lower your expectations so you are not surprised by their reaction in not as supportive as you hope for. Know you are beautiful and truly embracing your life. I wish youcourage, strength and love

PLEASE don't be homophobic. How would you feel if you were told that it was unholy to be strait? How would you feel if you would go to hell because you are strait? How would you feel if you were told that you a spawn of satain because you are strait? How would you feel if you were told to kill yourself because you are strait? These are things that are said to the lgbtq+ community everyday and it is wrong. Becfore you are anything-phobic think about what you are saying and doing and think if you would like it done/said to you. Please help raise awareness about abuse to the lgbtq+ community.
