Little House Cat Challenges Big Lion, Proves That Size Doesn’t Matter
Derek Krahn, a director for a non-profit big cat sanctuary he runs in Texas, recently had a priceless reaction when his domestic kitty Baggy challenged a lion named Noey. Of course, the two felines, one large and one small, were separated by a wire fence, but the tiny fellow still proved that if you’re brave and courageous, size doesn’t count.
The video went viral, partly due to Krahn’s reaction. “Baggy,” her owner called out. “You will lose!”
But Baggy wasn’t listening, and just went for it. So, if you need to muster up some courage in your life, just come back to this video. Besides, both kitties have the DNA of the big cats, so why can’t a domesticated cat have the heart of a lion?
Don’t worry, though, because the war between the two cats is over. “Baggy the housemeow has always been a tough little cookie, but I never thought she was this degree of crazy,” commented the kitty’s owner. “All is well, everything settled, and her and Noey (the lion) are back on speaking terms.”

Lets not assume the worst people, realize that complaining on the internet will do nothing, imagine that maybe there is a good reason, and enjoy how cute that video just was!! I love that cat on a spiritual level hahahaha
Hopefully they will read the description first! It's a non profit big cat sanctuary! Soo thas a good thing! The little cat is my soul mate! Haha
Load More Replies...This all boils down to Alpha male or female roles. Baggy is clearly an Alpha female and not about to give up her status to even a much larger female cat. She will always be that way with other cats. evilgrin00...6d7c37.gif
Also, Both cats are playing with each other. The tail are curled up/ pointing straight up. They're not staring each other down. they're happy.
Baggy isn't playing. The lioness maybe, but Baggy means business. Fluffed tail, multiple hisses, charging, no doubt she was trying to be dominate.
Load More Replies...Um... That wasn't a challenge, they were playing together! Crouched with butt in the air is the universal sign for: "let's play!" A challenge would be an arched back, hissing, and growls. How does he have a cat, and take care of big cats, and not know the most basic body language?!
Oh that's so sweet....we should open the cage and let you in holding the kitty! Just let me set up my camera first....
Load More Replies...the lioness is behind the bars, it doesn't count. try it face to face kitty :D
Eva, let's give the kitty credit for knowing she can act brave for the camera because the lion is safely locked up.
Load More Replies...Animals don't have the same self-awareness that people do, so they don't think in terms of size.they have no concept of being bigger or smaller than the challenger. That is why you will see a little animal take on a bigger one.
My 8 lb cat will challenge my 95 lb dog this way. My dog runs away!
One time my neighbors bought their dog over and the dog got into the basement and the bunny desperetaly wanted to get out of her cage and rip the dog up.
