Magazine Releases Jennifer Aniston’s Photoshoot On Her 51st Birthday And It Goes Viral
Sooner or later you face the inevitable. “Mirror, Mirror on the wall, why do my dark circles seem to grow?” No matter how many times we repeat the mantra “age is just a number,” the subtle signs of aging sneak in like an uninvited guest. Unless you’re a cyborg… or Jennifer Aniston (find out more about this superwoman in our previous story). In her new photoshoot for Interview Magazine, the “Friends” fan-favorite doesn’t look a day older than her bubbly alter ego Rachel Green. The actress is thankful to be “celebrating women at every age” and says that it “turns out 51 is pretty fun.” Let’s speculate… maybe Jennifer is a secret specimen from a genetic experiment to prevent aging?

It seems that other celebrities were floored by her beauty in these pictures too:
The 51-year-old beauty is known for her hardcore exercise regimen that keeps her physical and emotional health in enviable shape.

Not so fast. Leyon Azubuike, the actress’ personal trainer, says that Jenny’s gym schedule is so intense that it can stretch up to monster seven-workout weeks. As if that’s not enough, she recently discovered her love for boxing because “your brain works too.” Add a healthy diet and relaxation to the mix and there you have it—the pro guide to the art of aging gracefully for beginners like you and me.

Courteney Cox honored her screen pal’s birthday by posing as her doppelgänger. However, Courteney was quick to confess that “No matter how hard you might try… there’s only one Jennifer Aniston.”

It’s time to see how people on the internet reacted to the photoshoot:
Of course she looks amazing, she's rich, she has dietitians, personal trainers, she can afford the right kind of food and products, facial treatments, hair dressers etc. Besides, there's nothing shameful about a woman "looking her age"
there are multiple images in this post of her, without photoshop, and without makeup.
Load More Replies...Let's see, personal trainer... Check. Workout time in schedule.... Check. Time to relax... Check. Some good photo filters... check. Yeah, I'd look da*n good for that age, too. (Oh, and no financial worries... check!)
I blanked out for a second and wondered why you would bleep out darn
Load More Replies...I think that she is beautiful and I hope to look that amazing when I am 51. My mom is 57 and she is gorgeous and I hope to look like her when I am that age. People find it hard to believe that she is that old because of how active and beautiful she is.
Once a read an interview where she, herself, said that she spends around 80 thousand dollars per year for cosmetics. Which is a price of at least two-bedroom apartment where I am from. I don't have anything against her, against her acting - but what irks me is the fact that these celebrities are constantly shown as some kind of wonder regarding their looks. Same celebrities are often very loud about injustices of capitalism, about the importance of being truthful, about their love of simple life etc. I hear that the new thing among the actresses is wearing their old dresses on the red carpet. Do they really think that by that they show that they are the same as we are? It' all, including constant Jennifer Aniston campaign about her (obviously not) natural look and this PR article, pure hypocrisy. They make ludicrous amount of money because humanity is silly and immersed in consumerism. It's theirs to spend. I don't mind that at all, but I do mind is their hypocrisy and false image.
That's a business expense she has to absorb. She is her product. Not an office building or a kiln, but skin care, trainer, stylist. Her cost of doing business.
Load More Replies...Yes Jennifer Anniston is a beautiful woman and, as I learned meeting her once, she is a kind person but let's look at this through the correct lens. She is a woman of some means which is to say, she can afford a personal trainer 7 days a week, she has a nutritionist, an assistant, and any number of people on her staff who all help her look as great as she does. If she didn't, she probably wouldn't look as fabulous. I'm sure she would look fabulous just not to the same degree. Let's also look at the fact this was a photo shoot for a magazine. Everyone of those images are edited to make her look as grand as possible. So while she is a beautiful and kind woman, this is all make believe.
Eh, I ain't mad at her. I wonder how much of this PR is to make sure she can get work in the near future? One where she not shunted off to a 3rd level grandma role because of her age? It's like the 4 ages of actresses in Hollywood are Barely-legal Babe, District Attorney, Mom, and Grandma. And that's only because people don't go to see movies with women of all ages who have real character arcs as leads to the amounts of money that makes the bean counters happy. Not saying she's *that* good of an actress, but I'd like to see a woman her age cast against type in as meaty a role as Uncut Gems that people would heap praise on (and I don't mean Meryl Streep being Meryl Streep).
April Simnel - Hi, there...I imagine you haven't seen "Cake," which Jennifer starred in and produced a few years ago. It's a quiet, emotional film about a woman struggling with chronic pain (in all forms) after a tragic accident. She gives a deep, powerful performance (with virtually no makeup, BTW). Unfortunately, the film was largely overlooked. I wish more people would see it.
Load More Replies...Without "Friends" she would look very different. It's easy to look good when all you have to worry about is if your workout will be 2 or 3 hours and what exercises your PA has lined up today.
I want to see the photos before air-brushing. She probably still looks good, as everyone says, with the money and resources to do so, but it's the amount of air brushing that gets me. That shot if her legs looks weird with all the air-brushing.
there are photos in this post without air-brushing or makeup.
Load More Replies...When you have money, time and all the resources in the world, plus you are willing to work hard to keep your body going... Good for her. Who wouldn't want to look like this after 50? Maybe except for the lips and very "steady" face.
I actually love her very natural lips. She hasn't filled them and she looks like herself. Not saying there's anything wrong with fillers, to each to their own. But I think she looks great.
Load More Replies...why so many jealous comment, if you don't look great, work on it!!!
I saw her on Graham Norton show recently. She looked great, but we were blown away by more than her appearance. She listened, intently, to the other guests, engaged, and asked cogent questions. Very few people are so socially adept.
to be under such public scrutiny, constantly being judged for how she looks. She either looks too good, or not good enough. The consistent bitching about how she looks - either that she takes care of herself, or that it's fake. I do not envy her at all. The fact that she's still in her industry, and is still thriving, in spite of the bombardment of criticism.... is commendable. I do not envy anyone having to live such a life of scrutiny
Seems like there is a bit of a renaissance for women in their 40's/50's. Jennifer Aniston, Shakira, JLo, and the Pussycat Dolls are back. It's great to see.
I love her and all, but if she had to work a normal job and fit in life around it like most of us do, without the trainer, nutritionist, expensive cosmetics blah blah - would she still look that good? Kudos to her, she can do what she does. I just feel it's hard on the rest of us to look at her, then look at ourselves. We try hard too, I'm 48, and try my best. But I don't want to feel bad about myself because I don't look like Jen.
Why so many negative comments? Jeniffer Aniston is an incredible actress and she looks amazing! So what if she has people helping her, wouldn't you if you had her kind of money? I know I would.
If you got it, flaunt it. Who cares if they're photoshopped. It said that right upfront.
why should she not have a good body she is rich she has the best of everything and can afford it, she has had no children, (never will have and cannot keep a husband) apart from that I know of 51 Year old's that look better than her in facial looks and have good bodies too with just hard work . Besides anything else I personally do not like her and do not believe she can act at all. She maybe okay in sitcoms but that is where it ends. I do not consider her a talent.
Plus she was a chain smoker for years!!! She quit 2012 so she was 43.
Nothing against Jen at all, but we all know that every single micrometer of every single picture has been carefully scrutinized, digitally perfected and altered, no matter how close up or "natural" the pictures look. I've seen a close up untouched pic of her and she does NOT look like these pics at all. I refuse to buy "women's" magazines until all photoshopping of all women stops completely. It's just unnecessary. We can be beautiful with age and imperfections.
Brad Pitt can only jerk himself in front of those pictures now, hahaha
Nowhere near enough cheese on this enchiladas. Perhaps that's why she's considerably slimmer than me..hahahaha
That's what 50 looks like. I'm guessing she's had a little bit of cosmetic work done, but not much. Her skin looks very much like mine at the same age. ...//... You want to look younger? Stay out of the sun. Don't eat garbage. Get exercise. Don't get fat. ....///...problem solved.
Give her a few more years and the next lot of changes will happen. It's sudden and leaves you feeling a bit deflated.
