Grumpy Cat looks more like "Get off my lawn." This cat looks more angry than grumpy, kind of "Off my lawn now or I release the hounds."
That is no Scottish Fold, more like a British Shorthair. Folds have folded ears.
There's a straight version of the Scottish Fold, just like you can have Manx with tails.
