I notice that, when I look in, all I see are reflections on the inside of each glass wall. In other words, it appears that the fish see nothing but their own reflections.
My cat used to spend hours peering into the aquarium. It didn't take long for the fish to ignore him.
Load More Replies...It's a beautiful concept... however I'm presuming its only temporary or at least emptied/changed regularly! There is no exposed surface area to absorb oxygen & neither is the water being aerated by plants. The water would soon stagnate!
It's an open framework under the water. There's plenty of aeration. If the fish can go in & out, so can oxygen.

Well... they swam up into it n the bottom is still open... they can just as easy swim back out again....
