They benefit from high altitude, a culture which values good runners and an unusually high percentage of their muscle mass is posture muscle (endurance) rather than twitch (strength). Funnily on the west coast of Africa (the ultimate origin of many Jamaicans) the twitch/posture ratio is reversed, which makes for very good sprinters and other sports requiring explosive power.

IQ tests are flawed, though. They only adapt to one type of affinities. They're inventing various kinds of IQ tests and IQ groups because of that. And exploring various kinds of ways to measure intelligence.

When Jesus was alive, the Stonehenge was already a ruin. It's sometimes hard to grasp where everything is in relation to each other on the historical timeline

Australia's diameter is 600km wider than the moon's. The moon sits at 3400km in diameter, while Australia's diameter from east to west is almost 4000km.

A good stance, but difficult to execute due to pressure from the school and classmates, I would assume.

That makes sense, by the time people got there, their bags would be there already, so there’s no sitting around and waiting for them

I heard the long walk is to help people get a little workout and not hurt themselves trying to pick up heavy bags after having been sitting down for hours

I'd rather wait than run through the airport afraid I'm going to miss my flight.

doesn't work in klia. i still walk fast enough to wait for the luggage. the real reason i believe is they want you to walk through the shops and spend money.

We have two international airports, both do this. It's to give the employee time to get the luggage there. You'll still wait about 20 minutes before it starts.

Instead of feeling like you are wasting time waiting for your luggage, the time is spent with you walking to the luggage while the carriers transport it over. Plus you are not standing around where the other passengers ar trying to board.

It's because people would arrive early and complain they had to wait. So if you moved baggage far away, the ground crew has time to get the bags to baggage claim. Passengers still "waited" the same amount of time, but because most of that time was spent getting to baggage claim, they perceived they got their bags sooner, and hence, less complaints.

Well that may be, plus cacao’s theobromine (an alkaloid similar to caffeine), but who the hell drinks three cups of pure dark chocolate a day anyway?
