Everything is relative. For example, Shaq might not look tall when he's on camera next to other basketball players and Simone Biles might not seem short when you see her competing against other gymnasts but put them near each other and you'll instantly get an idea of their size.

So to broaden your understanding of the world, we at Bored Panda put together a new list of interesting comparison pictures from all sorts of different areas, including nature, technology, and social issues. It's a series we've been working on for a while too; if you like scrolling through these images, fire up our earlier publications here, here, and here. Maybe you missed some!

That is really bad care from the shelter. Not only because the dog likely has a lot of tangles in the hair that can be a problem. But also because more people would adopt their dogs if they look cleaner

For anyone considering this, do a little research before you decide where to donate. Some of the "charities" actually charge really high prices for the people who need them. My family discovered this when my sister developed alopecia universalis that 9 years old.

It never occured to me that Band-Aids were meant to be skin toned. I'm white, and band-aids have always been far darker than my skin. Just that generic brown. Or blue.

Another cool thing now is that Crayola makes a box of crayons and colored pencils that have all different skin tone colors. A girl that I tutored was thrilled with them because she is mixed race and loves to draw and color fashion pictures of girls, but she could never find a color that matched her own skin tone. Why did it take so long for this to be created?

Crayola also makes skin-coloured markers, and I've noticed other companies have started selling their own crayons, coloured pencils, and markers in skin tones.

The gauze part in the middle is still white so it's not actually transparent. One could use a Tegaderm patch (which is completely clear) but would still run into problems if they needed gauze in there to absorb wound juices.

Most hospitals has em. 2 yrs ago a guy that I was with came back to work from being sick and had the next to the darkest brown on his finger(that was my first time ever seeing them and he got it from the ER when they checked his blood), they ran out of the dark brown when he was there.

How important is this? I recently used the last bandage in a package I bought from WallyMart. It is ridiculous and it’s really harmful for your self stem. The other day I saw a L T-shirt that was 1Cm wider than a xxs. Two trousers of the same size, one fit perfectly and the other didn’t pass my tights. I bought in the same store a xxL and a L that were the same size (of a normal L). I felt horrible when I needed a xxL until I measured it with the other shirt I got. It’s horrible for the self steam.
