I got it right! Yay! It took me a second....I went immediately to my memory of the movie princess bride and somehow, I don't know how, I started thinking about that suicide riddle about the man that hung himself by standing on a block of ice and I was like, EUREKA! It's the ice, it didn't have time to melt with the poison in it....although it's still a very shaky concept for an answer.

The poison was in the Ice. The Ice in the drink of the one who drank slowly had time to melt and eventually mixed with the water.

I rejected this solution because it has logical mistake, if she ordered 5 iced teas, drinking them exactly in the same amount of time (5 time faster than the other girl assuming they all have the same volume) as her friend drank just one means that the last fifth iced tea is going to have ice melted exactly the same as the other girl's tea. As the result she is going to die, unless (we don't know anything about it) she was just ordering new ones very fast.
Other girl didn’t die because the ice is poison but she let it melt and the other girl didn’t
this question would be sensitive in my country, because of a case of a girl murder her female friend by poisoning her friend's iced coffee
