There’s something about seeing a dog that immediately makes us want to grab our phones and snap a pic. It doesn’t even have to be ours, and it definitely doesn’t have to be doing anything special. That poor pup got shaved! No wonder she's hiding from the wind! D: I checked some of OP's other posts and doggo had long fur, about the length of the fur on her tail, normally. There is no reason the dog should need to be shaved unless she was badly matted. Dogs DO get cold if you shave off their fur.

My dog Stilgar acts like this sometimes. He had distemper as a puppy and survived, but it left him with a lot of neurological issues and lifelong disabilities. He's actually doing really well overall (he's 4 now!) and he can even jump and run very well these days. But when we go on walks or when we're leaving from a place that he likes being at, he suddenly becomes sooo disabled that he can't even get into the car! It's so mysterious! When on a walk, he suddenly becomes disabled and unable to walk, strangely always at the same spot in the neighborhood on the way back to the house! XD If you turn around and start walking back the other way, he can suddenly walk again; it's a miracle XD

Oh no! I would be on the phone to the vet so fast to figure out how toxic it might be, and what the safest way to clean him is. It's not like the oil paint will wash off easily like acrylic; but you can hardly clean a dog with turpentine! (But on the bright side, it's not a cat; you'd have to put a cat in a cone for ages to keep it from ingesting paint residue while trying to clean itself.)

Trim those dewclaws, OP! >:( The dewclaw doesn't get worn down by making contact with the ground and needs to be trimmed, else it can get caught on carpet, bedding, etc. and rip and bleed and hurt the doggo.
