Every day we face chaos in our lives. We can choose to fight it, ignore it, or embrace it. In my art I chose to embrace it.
I create my art because of my relationship with chaos; in art and life, I push through the chaos to find an order that works. I always search to redeem situations in life, and in my art, that redemption reveals itself as meaning, beauty and fascination.
My studio is pretty active: I pour and splash and draw. And I sit and look. And then I use finer tools to unleash the images that were always there. I am there every day and I take my paper, ink, and “chaos kits” everywhere I go. I’m endlessly fascinated by new painting media and techniques that let me play with this push/pull relationship.

Share on Facebookwhat kind of ink did you use? and do you mixed it with some water or it is just pure ink? Astonishing work, by the way!
I so wish I had some talent to be able to even have the courage to try anything. Magnificent absolutely beautiful.
