If women are paid less everyone will only hire women. I've worked in many different corporations and companies and their main goal is to automate the work and rely less on human resources. See the amazon they are now trying to built a system that rely less on humans.

Women hold the lowest paying jobs bc of sexism and the patriarchy it's been proven over and over again. The system is rigged for white men period. It's not hard to see this w your eyes. The people w the most money in the whole world are white men. In the USA 8 white men hold the most wealth. Women don't get hired for the ceos even if qualified.

If it WERE actually true that companies deliberately paid women less than men for the same job, then why not just hire all women and save on their largest expense - labor? Less expense = greater profit.

My mother only hires women to fight with this. She has her own business in our birth country and there women experience gender issues all the time. Especially is art fields. It's believed only men can do it, but that's just a stereotype.

This is so true. Fighting for a fairer world is a privilege not accessible to those who actually need a fairer world. The majority of nonprofits and NGO's have a mostly white and privileged staff, because we can afford unpaid internships to pad our resumes and can go with lower pays if it means working in accordance to our values.
