I’m Honestly Fed Up With All The Bad News So I Illustrated The Best News Of 2018 (And Recent Years)
1.3Mviews
I'm honestly fed up with all the bad and fake news everywhere. I am not a journalist or an influencer, but I want to use my art to spread some positivity.
I wanted to create an almanac of positive as an anti-venom to the vitriolic rhetoric that pervades our media. That's why I want to share some of this year's positive news from around the world in the hope that it brings you some happiness and inspires you to spread some good news yourself!
Art, technology, food, science, animal rights, human rights... we have progressed in so many categories, and it's necessary to let the world know that, despite having much more to do, we've accomplished some amazing things in 2018. So although it is hard - stay positive.

Yes! I hate the argument that "sanitary products are a luxury." They are not, do you want blood all over your pants? All over your house?
I have mixed feelings about pandas.... because people mostly only care about protecting "cute" animals like them. I've read and watched so many times about how "ugly" animals like bugs and amphibians are always getting worse off because all the conservation funds and efforts go towards the ones the public likes... But I guess helping some animals is still better than no animals.
Which town? It is also noteworthy that more and more towns in Italy have restricted the use of cars drastically. For example, I used to live in Siena and driving there was next to impossible. You needed a special (and costly) licence to do so. Result: the air of town centers is very clean and walking is much less stressful. Perfect!
New Jersey has become the first state in the USA to ban elephants and other exotic animals from traveling performances
That's great! I hope the wasps are fine too, nobody ever talks about them.
This is good, correct? The crying is confusing. He should be small and happy.
I just hope this is an actual fact... Because I know that here we have a very fake literacy rate made out of people who can pretty much only write their own names and maybe a few words but are already considered literate for statistic purposes.
Hope theirs actually work. We have one in Brazil, but unfortunately it fails people way too often.
I got metal re-usable ones for my family! They're only about 5-7 bucks and usually come with a carrying sleeve and a pipe cleaner.
And they do it using a mixture of mud and vegetation..so it's environmentally conscious too.
OR you could just send the leftover bread to a homeless shelter instead of turning it into alcohol. Probably saves time and money.
Yes, but this is worded a bit poorly, imo. I mean, are they drinking less, or are other countries actually just worse than them now?
Not possible. Good intentions with bad science behind them are what lead to Godzilla. Just saying.
Wished I was good enough to actually use a bike as a means of transport. São Paulo is still way too dangerous for someone who just learned to ride a bike a couple of years ago.
As I was reading this, all I could think was that perhaps there is hope for this world.
Always seek this type of news out, it is always there, but the media is doing nothing to make sure we see it. Things are never as bad as they seem to be.
They are pretty bad, actually worse than ever in my lifetime. But that doesn’t mean there aren’t good news, its just that good news don’t sell newspapers.

As a whole the world has NEVER been more peaceful or prosperous than it is RIGHT NOW. Yet all these vain, hysterical BP twats are lost in their hissy fits 24/7, so they earnestly write things like: "perhaps there is hope for this world".... LOL
The problem is if they start showing how good we are doing. people would relax and not much more would be done. and even if we are doing great. it could be much better. But I do agree they should show some positive sides in the news too. instead of all the doom and gloom all the time. keep it to the facts. Example say we have way more threes today then we had before. but we still have to fix our pollutions since those threes can't keep up.
There is always good news to be found. Sometimes you just have to look for it.
Even with "Orange Man". ^_^
I always thought it would be wonderful to have a good-news-paper, where only positive stories and successes are published.
