For a local art show about issues like social media and changing values, I made large format prints of old master paintings and etching and censored them by hand with bright acrylics. Our purpose was to have a discussion on a new kind of prudishness that seems to evolve on social media networks. When we tried to promote the event, to our surprise, Facebook banned some (not all, to be honest) of the censored old masters for showing too much nudity and being in violation of their guidelines. Too much flesh? Judge for yourself!
