This is amazing, and I live that it's healthy and balanced meals. As a nother of two rather picky kids, I am wondering whether it makes a difference in terms of the amount of vegetables your kids eat? Mine often leave them on the plate, even if I mix them under their carbs (rice, wholegrain noodles etc). Are your kids less selective when they are presented with such arrangements? (If the author is not available, maybe someone else has experience they want to share?)
All of them very creative but why waste your talent on your kid's food? It's been handled enough by the time you're done, ish.
