I traveled to Iran for 3 weeks and stayed with a family in Marand, Northern Iran. We traveled south to Tehran by train from Tabriz and then caught a ride to the Caspian Sea coastline before returning to Tabriz.

The people in Iran were very kind and the food was very tasty, there are bottomless pots of tea with sugar cubes and barberry rice galore.

A stray dog at the train station before the Iran-Turkey boarder. I believe the dog was feed by the army who resided in the area.
