I Spent 120+ Hours Painting A ‘Game Of Thrones’ Wall Map As A Gift To My Brother

Hi! I’m Lena (20 years old) – I am dedicated to draw and paint photorealistic artworks. Furthermore I like sewing and trying new creative techniques.
My latest artwork is this huge, detailed map of the “Game of Thrones” series for my dear brother. After he watched the TV series he totally became a fan of it.
So I decided that one of his room walls could do with a nice “Game of Thrones” map. Because I couldn’t find any good German one to print as a poster I decided to paint one by myself.
It took me several hours to paint all these mountains, trees and tiny houses – and yes, sometimes it definitively was getting on my nerves. But I wouldn’t give up!
After what seemed to be ages (120+ hours) I finally finished this 1,50m x 1,20m map!
