After collecting a bunch of neckties I find ones that compliment each other and sew them together. The intricate colors and patterns are far more beautiful than many realize!

My dad was a general practitioner in a small town & wore a lot of ties over the years. My pillow of choice is all in restful sea greens & blues & none of the patterns clash. That's more my personality. Some siblings opted for more boldness to suit theirs. So many good thoughts flit through my mind when I look at my memory pillow !
I am one of 7 children. When my Dad died , a friend, made all 7 of us decorator pillows out of his ties as memorials for us. I look at mine every day !
Oh love that! Making pillows are on my list. It's getting enough of them at one time that's the tricky part!
