There are many creepy characters out there. Many of them are unrecognizable because of the heavy makeup, masks, or SFX on them. So the owner of Fxattics Studios, Angela Norris from Brooklyn, decided to show the actors that played these famous masked roles.

Angela edited the actors next to the creepy characters so they would stand side by side. That way it's simple to see how much work and effort went into making these celebrities look completely different. Angela told Bored Panda: "I am the owner of Fxattics Studios, where I make props and Halloween masks, so I'm always trying to create works of art to increase my likes and views on the page. I had the idea to do the montage with the clown Twisty as many people don't know that he is John Carroll Lynch from the show Drew Carey. My followers liked the idea and I kept doing it."

I also loved his Cardinal Richelieu from The Three Musketeers. He showed me that red capes are also worn by bad guys.

This man is a true legend! He even sings one of my favorite songs. Such a shame what a stroke has done to him.

He's still singing! It's on Youtube. He can't emote to act any more, which is hugely sad as he was so so excellent, but his voice is still there.

I freaking LOVE Tim Curry!! Such a phenomenal actor! The Cardinal from 3 Musketeers needs to be added to this image, too.

Tim Curry deserves MAD RESPECT for never bowing to or even acknowledging the barriers or expectations of executives and others who would've judged his choices negatively. He belongs on the GOLD LIST of talented actors who have remained true to themselves and danced to a different drummer throughout their careers.

Legend is an underrated gem, even if just for Tim Curry. He has been the devil I picture in my mind since i was old enough to think about it

What a fantastic actor! It's a damn shame his career (and quality of life) has been hindered by a stroke.

Holy shite!! The devil guy from Legend is Tim Curry?? No way! I loved Tim as Pennywise but Bill Skarsgard was the Fu**in Sh** in the new one. I mean holy Crap on a cracker was he good, he was made for that role. Plus, anything those sexy ass skarsgard brothers do is fantastic. I literally saw Tarzan just so I could stare at Alexander Skarsgard shirtless. And no character will EVER be as fine as that sexy ass Viking Eric Northman from True Blood. Ok, this post really got away from me sorry

They really should have used a younger picture of him. It would have made much more sense out of his Frank N. Furter look

Angela told us what inspired her to do this project: "I am a huge John Carroll Lynch fan and he portrays Twisty the clown of American Horror Story. So many people did not know that that was him. So, I decided to make a bunch of art pieces of horror Icons and the actors who portray them. A behind the mask and makeup, if you will."

She also shared what the goal of this project is: "The goal was to generate some followers for my business page. I try to make things that I like and what interests me because I know so many people love horror out there as much as I do."

Angela created this project on her own and she chose the characters based on the most popular creepy characters in movies and TV shows. The project took her a couple of days.

Fun fact: The lazy eye in Pennywise was not done post production, Bill had a lazy eye as a child and trained himself to hold his eye correctly. All he had to do was let his muscles relax on that side to create the effect.

The artist tells us more about herself: "I was born in Salem, Massachusetts, so you could say horror is in my blood. I have been in love with horror and monsters since I was 4 years old, at which time I accidentally watched A Nightmare on Elm Street with my brother Ken. My husband Alan and I run Fxattics Studios. I run the artistic side and he runs the business and marketing. I got the better end of the deal, if I do say so myself.

We have two children, Abigail, who is 10, and Adam, who is 14. They are often used as models and in our promotional videos. The apple didn't fall far, that's for sure. All the magic happens in Brooklyn, Michigan, which is where Fxattics Studios is located."

"Ever since I was a kid, I wanted to make monsters. Rick Baker, Tom Savini, and Ve Neil were my superheroes. The transformation scene in An American Werewolf in London—a thing of beauty. I was hooked. Sculpting and creating is a dream. I have sold masks to almost every continent. Hundreds worldwide. Each one handmade by us. Seeing the joy our masks have brought to people makes everything we do worth it. There's something about being the bump in the night on Halloween that fuels us."

"What I love about horror is that it creates feelings much like being in love. The feeling of being scared and not knowing what's coming next is so stimulating. Obviously, on the fictional level. I fell in love with my husband while watching horror movies. He had not seen many when we met. Still brings us together now.  We scare each other all the time. Even the kids will hide for minutes on end for the perfect scare.

At the end of the day, we teach and preach that real monsters do not wear masks. We love what we do and know that the horror genre isn't for everyone. For those like us who love it, we try to create content that stimulates, gets that blood pumping."

I thought this movie was creepy, not scary, but just creepy. Seeing the guy who played the clown, takes the creepy factor away.
