An Instagram account called Calorie Brands decided to redesign famous products to show the exact amount of calories they have. According to @CalorieBrands, “this is how brands should look like to help you achieve your summer body goals”.
The average limit for an adult is set to be around 1940 calories per day for women and 2550 for men. Would you still buy these products if they had such honest labels?

I take it those counts are for the whole packet/bottle/bag and not kcal per 100g?
I love food don't take it away from me
Load More Replies......it is in kcal. Everything is in kcal. The actual calorie is very insignificant, but nobody can be bothered to say kilocalories, so the standard is calorie. The recommended intake is 2500kcal, but everysone says calories. Funny that you used a dismissive emote when you yourself don't know
Load More Replies...Its funny that people still whine and b***h about Calories when it has nothing to do with how much weight you gain from something. Calorie is a unit of heat they discover by pouring powdered oxygen on something, putting it in a fireproof tube and measuring the heat that comes from burning something. Since youre not a furnace, it means NOTHING. Literally people cried they had no way to measure units of food and their intake and consumption, so they made a fake, non-functional measurement to appease the idiotic masses. Truth. Research it yourself. This just applies to how stupid this "art" is. Which isnt art since literally none of it is the "artists" original design.
A calorie is the amount of heat you need to increase 1 liter of water in 1° C (not shure how much is in °F). So, is not that important how much calories you eat but how much of those you burn. If you are an athlete you should consume a lot of calories.

Many say that you should start drinking diet drinks, but the problem with that statement is that these so called "healthy" beverages are actually more dangerous than ordinary sugar. Fructose that is used in slimming foods and drinks in small amounts and artificial sweetners are actually killing people through weight gain. The problem with these substances it that our bodies can't properly metabolise them to be used as energy and so they are stored in our fat deposits under our skin. Our bodies simply don't know how to break such substances down. Many doctors and corporations would call such skeptics like me idiots with no brains because they have the evidence for it, but it's falsified! Why can't we just use less sugar?
Lastly, many people are going for really low-fat diets over the years. But the problem with that is that our brains need fat, because a large proportion of our brain is made of the stuff. Although we shouldn't go overboard with the fat, we still need to feed our brains. By going for all the low-fat diet plans we are actually starving our brains.
