This argument bothers me so much, clearly not an excuse to try and justify their behaviour. Wearing revealing clothes isn’t about looking more attractive, but can make some women feel more confident in themselves. There is an element of knowing you might get more attention and looks from the opposite sex, but it’s not generally about how others see you, and it most certainly does not warrant any amount of untoward attention or behaviour.
