How do vaccines "lower your immune system"? That's like saying working out at the gym lowers your muscular system; It makes no sense.

Medicine and medical knowledge is something that has lowered the mortality rate massively in the last 100 years. Simple.
Vaccines literally boost your immune system. That is the entire point. They create antibodies without actually having the disease.
To be fair, not everyone died of smallpox. If that was the case, we would not be here today. However everybody had the potential of dying of smallpox, and we have reduced that risc profoundly by vacines.
The people who survived often had some pretty horrible effects for the rest of their lives. Ever seen a smallpox vaccination scar on the upper arm of an older person? (I have one!) Imagine hundreds of those scars covering the entire body and face. Imagine someone being blind because the same pustules that caused the skin scars have erupted on their eyeballs. That was smallpox.

People like this tool need to be taken on a field trip to the cemetery so they can see all the sad little tombstones on the graves of children who died of smallpox and diphtheria, measles and polio back in pre-vaccination times. Next stop after that: Six mandatory hours spent living in an iron lung. It's the sheer arrogant complacency that really gets to me. You didn't personally grow up watching half your siblings succumb to preventable diseases so therefore it was never a problem? Seriously??
some of those things are true tho (to an extent): washing your hands with soap and water is better at dealing with covid (if you dont have it already), you should drink the purest water you can get by filtering tap water (you dont want lead poisoning, and it tastes better when filtered), and you need to go outside once in a while to get vitamin D.
If anyone is dumb enough to take a vax that has been proven not to work , then they are way to stupid to give any advise to anyone.
It’s only half true. True, the food was organic and there wasn’t hand sanitizer but they didn’t wash their hands (or anything else). They often didn’t eat properly (too much or too little). And often their clothing wasn’t appropriate for the season. Not saying all vacines are wrong but lets get the facts right folks.

Their world view is based on one quack doctor who lied about his research, then published it in a credible medical journal where peer review exposed his fraud. But antivaxxers have such a burning desire to think they have the answers to their kids' autism, they live on wishful thinking.
