HA! We had a similar set up with our basement. We only had one banister since the stairs down were up against a wall. My 35 lb dog would jump up there and sit like a gargoyle all day so he could watch everyone in the house at once.
Alright guys, I have a question about my cat. Today, my cat suddenly started being really nice to me and pawing me, and actually using the s**t i get her, and refused to leave me alone. This is a very sudden change in behavior so i'm wondering if i should be worried. Thanks

I do this with my almost blind and deaf 17 year old Jack Russell now, just to give her some variation. When she was young she was a total swine, but she's just an old sweetie now.
