I came across, in my boredom,
This site some time ago.
I clicked the link and saw the site
Thought 'oh here we go'
The content was funny,
The comments more so
I spent the day online.
For about a year I was off and on
And then a month ago,
I saw this post that I couldn't resist
That I wanted to comment on
I clicked 'sign up' and made an account
Now I'm on here every day
Which is why I'm here instead
Of being productive right now.
It's almost Halloween, so here is one called "Monster"
Although long the whispers break
The light dim in the hall
Someone creeping slowly
With an eerie call
Tip Tap Tip
Footprints small
Scratch Scratch Scratch
Upon the wall
Left and Right
Shadows tall
Monster coming
Monster crawl
Under covers
Then I recall
There are no such things as monsters
And to sleep I fall
My boy Mowmow had a dog
The dog was mostly chow;
It bit a cop upon the butt;
The cop said ‘Holy cow!
Ow ow ow ow ow!’
