When I was 18, I was charged with Grievous bodily harm (GBH) after I put someone in a coma.
They dragged out the charging process, waiting to see if he died, so they could raise the charge.
He was in a coma for 6 weeks before regaining consciousness. Thankfully he told the truth, that he had attacked me and I acted in self defence.
The Judge ruled that as self defence ends when the attacker is no longer attacking or unable to attack, it then becomes assault. I was sentenced to additional therapy in the form of anger management, community service in the form of helping my "victim" with his recovery and probation for 6 years.

I am not sure it you are being sarccastic about it being accidental,, but if it was an accident then you could always apologize and return the books, and it wouldn't be that bad.

Actually...I don't consider it 'bad'. A guy that was a constant thorn in my side used me as a reference without my knowledge. Received a call from a company he applied to. I responded, "Yeah...XXXX is great. And don't worry about his background. There's reason to believe that little girl was lying in court...."

Reported bullying in the workplace, in particular the "manager" whose responsibility it was to intervene and stop the toxicity, the complaint was given to the "manager" to deal with and due to her incompetence and fear of making enemies of the bullies it was easier for all to further target resulting in self meditation with alcohol, numerous councelling sessions and numerous panic and anxiety attacks and depression. Some bullies have left, Managers still there.... As am I.

Umm I do ballet and I tripped over a water bottle amd I made all the curtains fall during a performance. I then didn't tell anyone and it remains a "mystery" why the curtains fell during the performance.
