"Do you have any cigarettes?" not random by itself, but it was when I was waiting at a bus stop and this car pulls up just to ask that.
Also, my brother says a lot of random things like "I should take my shoes out of the freezer" (they weren't in the freezer) and "Bavarian beer would be one of those ice-cream things with, like wateryness."
