I once read about someone putting those slices of American cheese (the ones wrapped in plastic) with noodles. It revolted me so I had to try it. It’s like two wrongs suddenly made something right again. American cheese has a stigma and putting it in noodles is so outer worldy that every time I make it I still wonder wth I'm doing
