Graduating from University with a 1st class degree and nailing a business-related project with the highest mark possible, though sadly I didn't get to have proper graduation nor did I get to say goodbye to my uni friends due to covid.

Graduated from high school with great exam results. I was so glad I made it out of that hell-hole we call 'the school,' and with decent grades, too. From there it was easy-cruising.

It's the day of the concert and the principal 4th horn player isn't there. The next one in line doesn't want to play the solo because of the atrocious time signature changes and tied notes that literally feel like forever. I'm the only one left...So, yeah, I sight-read a solo LIVE IN CONCERT. The other soloists and I for that particular piece received lovely audience applause for it. Months later, when the CD came out, I listened to it, and I actually didn't sound as bad as what I heard live in concert that day.

Oh boy. So, my daughter once took extra snacks with her to school to give to a kid who didn't ever have snacks. I was pretty proud.

The other moment would be the time I was in High School and the school orchestra was doing a joint concert with my "Youth" Orchestra. Well, even though my playing test had been atrocious for my HS orchestra and I had wound up being 3rd chair or something horrible - I had beat out the college kids in the "youth" orchestra and was first chair. So, when it came time for the joint rehearsals, I got to take my rightful and earned seat in the first chair. It was fantastic.
