I work at the courthouse complex in my city. The city, county, and state hyped up the new courthouse. State of the art safety and beautiful to look at. They claimed. When it opened there was a glass staircase running right up the middle. Men wouldn't be troubled but woman lawyers or staff might not want a building full of people to see up their skirts. Oops.
