being late, people being late, being the first one at a traffic light, talking on the phone, ordering food, talking to any kind of worker (especially waiter - they scare me), walking next to a group of people (mostly men around 25 -40) and when someone says "We need to talk"
Attractive people. I once had to talk to someone attractive and I was so nervous I began to shake pretty hard. Good thing I was sitting down, haha.
Not knowing what is going on, or what is going to happen. I was in the Australian bushfires (2019) and we didn’t know when we were going to get away, or whether our house was going to survive, or how long we’d be on the beach where we were waiting for the fires to burn out. I knew we were safe but I just kept thinking ‘What are we going to do?” and none of the adults in my life knew. And I got scared only because I couldn’t see into the future and none of the ones who are meant to know everything (parents) knew anything, and that was the scariest part.
