My mother loves in Germany for a couple years because her ex-husbands was stationed there from America. My brother was born in Germany but by American law, he is American. Ist das nicht verrückt (Isn’t that crazy) Absolutely no offense if I spelt it wrong at all! That was my moms doing and her German is rusty because she hasn’t been there in around 15 years.

I was born and raised in Vienna. After 23 year I moved to Switzerland for work, now I have family here and love living here. Even Austria and Switzerland are sharing borders, there are big differenzes in mentality and language. For my children, Swiss German is their secret language that even Germans and Austrians do not understand, although it is German.
