My cats line up outside the bathroom door while I am in there and when I come out they stare at me like they have just voted me off the island.

I think most cats are this way. I live in a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment and our bathroom door closes but doesn't completely latch. We put cat claw caps on our kitty's front claws in order to keep her from destroying our carpet and thus our security deposit ( I could never have the heart to declaw any cat ) she is currently wearing red covers, so it always cracks me up when I am using the restroom and all of a sudden a little red nailed paw comes pushing through the door.

My cat Widdle is scared to death of pencils. I'm an artist and like to draw, so I'll often be holding one. if he jumps up on the table and sees me holding one, he'll stare at it nervously until I pet him and let him know it's okay

I have a cat and she is about a year old. She doesn't know how to meow properly. Instead she makes peeping noises whenever we talk to her or if she is trying to 'say' something. It's adorable.

Omg! My cat does this. A few months after we got her ( I don't know if it's from hearing my kids say it all the time or what) but I swear she says ( mom?, mooom?, mama?) And it always sounds like a question. I thought I was hearing things but I had some family over one day and my mom looked at me and said... " is she calling you mama?"

My dog finds a blanket sticking out from a bed or something and rubs her head on it, walking along the bed to get rid of an itch. My family calls it the snuffle truffle

I have a cat, so she's always catting about being weird. One thing she does is when it's close to time to give her wet food and she sees me, she'll take a bite of her dry food and spit them out by me. I think it's supposed to be a gift, or a strange way to remind me that she wants wet food. She also seems to like "Full Metal Alchemist", which is an anime show. Any time I put it on, she sits and watches it for like a half hour. I put it on when I'm leaving for work. I think maybe it's the colors?? I don't know, but I love my little weirdo!

Cats only have two cone in their eyes. They see extremely limited colors.

My cat Ollie will steal the pepper shaker, trying to shake some out so he can eat it. Demands I shake some out if he is unsuccessful. Plain, ordinary, McCormick black pepper. Very odd boi.

Our cat, Bug, will only drink water if no one is watching, but will only eat if one of us is near her food or walks her to it.

For a second there I was concerned that you were one of my kids. We have a cat named Bug, but she doesn't have those quirks.

My cat will ask permission to lay down on you. She's still a cat, so she'll still lay down on you with a lot of hesitation and then you get judged for not giving her permission. You run you hand down her back to grant her permission to lay down.

My dog has playing tag with wild rabbits has to be the weirdest thing he's ever done.

Oh, so many strange things. My dog cuddles pillows. Sleeps on his back with his paws sticking straight up in the air. Rubs himself against people's legs like he's a cat. Loves peas, popcorn, and rabbit poop. Burrows himself in blankets on the floor. Refuses to touch water other than for drinking. Vomits if he goes in the car. The list goes on...

If our rescued yorkie (I have a love/hate relationship with) is getting attention from anyone she just stares at me. It’s like she saying ‘Look they are giving me love aren’t you jealous?’ She also plays ‘the floor is lava’ and jumps from couch to ottoman to coffee table to couch.
Our schnauzer/yorkie mix will pull all the cushions from the couch onto the floor so she doesn’t have to sit on the hardwood. She will also pull any blanket left on the couch onto the floor as well.

My dog will go into the loose gravel on the driveway, plant his front feet, lower his back end a bit, then shuffle his back end around in a circle. He seems to really enjoy doing this, he has worn several circles into the gravel.

My gsd likes to as we call it worm. He will slither along the ground like he's a worm. From what I've heard gsds do sometimes do that. My cat, before she died, would only go in a car if she sat around the neck of the driver.
