Snow White is allergic to apples. Aurora is allergic to wood. That's all I can think of.

Cinderella is prone to asthma attacks instead of being allergic to stuff, she carries an inhaler with her at all times.
Mulan is allergic to penicillin.
Belle is allergic to copper and wears contacts instead of glasses for this reason.
