Say what you want, but I believe all of us had at least a few good and memorable moments at school. Would you like to tell your story?

At the end of last year my AP Human Geography class played a 75 question Kahoot together because our AP exam was coming up and we needed to review. It was such a fun game. Everybody had moved seats around so we were comfy and we were yelling and all that good stuff. I remember I got second place too which is pretty impressive seeing as I wasn't the best at that class. It's a small thing, but it's oke of my best memories from last year. The atmosphere was just so relaxed and fun.

That's awesome, it always feels so good to get on the Kahoot podium (or any podium obviously)!!

I was 11 or 12 years old and i was kind of a " library rat " One day it was around Carnaval i went to the library and i see One of the workers wrapping a massive Bundle of books and vinil records, i asked her what was that for and She told me it was the 1st prize for a costume contest that the school was organizing for the students, and i'm not even kidding in that moment i felt " that's gonna be mine " fast forward a few days, i made my mom make me a lab coat, got an ID badge to put in the coat pocket, asked my science teacher to lent me a few things ( sorry i dunno the name in English but i can tell you it where 3 " pipetas " and the wrak ) and there i went. And yes lol after " fighting " cowboys, indians, a few clowns and vilões ( traditional attire from Madeira island ) i did win the 1st peixe lol.

That is amazing! Lab coats really overrule any outfit I must say. And for that prize!

My class and I took a polaroid every day for the entire year, sometimes of random things people were doing or we would stage some, occasionally we took group pictures (those were my favorites) and on the last day we taped them all into a book and put it in a place of honor in the old classroom. I recently saw it when I went to a reunion with a few of the ones who could make it and I cried seeing some of these because my best friend (who had passed away a year ago and was in that class) was in almost all of them. It felt good to cry with people about it though.

Also, same class, we had 4 class pets: Timothy, Slippers, Jimothy, and Prickles.
Timothy, Jimothy, and Slippers were all rescues from the side of the road, and we all pulled our money to buy Prickles.
Timothy was a bear, Slippers was a seal, Jimothy was a cow, and Prickle was a cactus.
Oh, they were all stuffed animals.
:) I still have Jimothy :)

The assistant to the PE teacher, 20 something year old male, dating one of the school girls.

She was 16. Was not taught in any classes with the assistant, the parents apparently approved. Technically legal. Just very icky.

I had the worst reputation in high school. Like they called me the (city name) mattress worst reputation. I had zero friends and no one would talk to me except the guys that wanted to get laid. I said no, a lot, and yet I was still called a s**t.

It was also assumed that I was a moron. I mean, obviously any girl that would sleep around was an idiot, right?

Fast forward to graduation and imagine the surprise when I won 3 academic awards and was a provincial scholar (that's an award in Canada for achieving A+ grades over the entire year). I got a scholarship to university.

These days my friends could care less about my sex life (I've never understood how it was anybody's business to begin with). I'm also happily married with two kids and a six figure job.

So yeah, f**k you a******s.

it was my last year of junior high and while i was waiting on the bus i see that these girls are arguing and getting aggressive and one of the police officers that are on the school campus (because fights got wild in that school) tried to calm the situation but one of the girls decides to give the cop one hell of a haymaker and the cop didn't take that lightly so he grabs the girl and literally suplexed her and has her arrested!! she got expelled after the whole situation

I have a few, but my favorite was turning the spot lights on the University clock tower into a bat symbol. My friends and I thought it was hilarious, they University did not.

In 6th grade, right after quarantine ended, all our classes were 2 hours long for some reason. So anyway, I had history first period and our teacher had forgotten to make a lesson for that day (this happened a lot) and so we just got to hang out and do nothing. It was also raining really hard that day, and our class had a lot of windows. It’s not really a funny or weird story, but just sitting in that class, people whispering to each other, and the rain on the windows just felt… right. Like there were no problems in the world. It was beautiful

Two, both not connected with education! First was when there was an explosion at a gas (cooking gas) site and we were evacuated, secondly, when a local hotel was bombed and the blast wave shoved us all, as a class, forwards. Luckily, no one injured in the schools.

Missing half a term in my first year of secondary school as I got sick. The best the doctors could come uk with was a glandular fever style virus but it could not properly diagnose what I had.

Picture it; 1950s, Marine City, MI: I'm in 5th grade and I'm teacher's pet. I get permission to go to the bathroom. I'm in there so long teacher sends in someone to get me...and then a third. By the time the teacher comes in to check in person, five or six of us are happily riding the stall doors like cowboy horses.

Near the end of 7th grade this girl approaches me. Until this moment I have been pretty under the radar. Not popular, but not bullied or picked on much. She told me she was going to kick my rear end. I leveled my gaze at her, made blistering eye contact and growled to go ahead, but she'd better take me down with her first hit because that's the only one she would get. I just then stood there, staring her down. I was not confrontational, but I would not just take it. She stared at me for a few, then huffed and stormed off. I was left alone from then on.

Sometimes when the weather is nice we would eat outside for lunch. Happening just today, my friend got an odd milk carton that felt half empty. I gave it a squeeze and there was a well hidden hole in the side we didn't see. A lot went onto the pavement and I don't know whybut I grabbed a weed that was nearby and tore off the leaves and pit it in the puddle, then grabbed a stick and pretended to eat it like cereal. Me and them were giggling very intensely and it was the kind of humor that made you want to break down crying for an hour. Trust me, we were sober

In grade school I took a meandering route along the river that ran through an extensive green belt that ran behind our house up past the school I attended.
I always preferred it as a route because it was such a beautiful walk, even though I couldn’t have been more than 8 or 9 years old.
One fine sunny winter day as I gleefully slid down the steep hill of the ravine towards the trail along the embankment, I noticed a small flock of Starlings huddled together.
Everything was coated in a slick layer from the freezing rain that had fallen the night before including their iridescent, speckled plumage.
Feeling sorry for them, (how cold they must be!), I gathered as many as I could and placed them inside of my winter puffer, now even puffier because of all the birds I managed to ‘save.’
I trundled along merrily until I reached the school, next question was, where could I put them so that they could warm up?
Now in our school there was a large foyer with a wall heater blasting toasty warm air, so that when one opened the double doors into the school lobby there was very little, if any cold draft.
Deciding that this was the most appropriate place I unzipped my coat with joyful abandon, setting ALLLLL my feathered friends FREEEE!!!
And happily set off to class blissfully unaware of the mayhem I had just released.
Evidently, I as I was told, they were quite difficult to catch and had made their way down the hallways!!!
Not sure how they knew it was me?
Maybe someone saw me, or because I was always sneaking something inappropriate into class, ( caterpillars, for example), it was deduced that I was the culprit…. ;)))

so when i was around i think 11, we would always throw these parties for doing good on our quiz or our reading level and since it was almost the end of the school year our teachers and principle thought it would be a good idea to host the biggest party but this time we could get wet but unfortunately for me i didn't get to go because i didn't do good for the past few days but they made an arrangement for me and i got to go there were challenges for each 5th grade class, some of them were you had to throw a balloon to the other person the next one was you had to throw a pool noodle through the round holes and the last 3 were you had to draw a figure to look exactly like it and the other one was that you had to jump very far, and a water melon contest.
